Whole Foods Market - Woburn

I stopped purchasing any of their pre-packaged, ready-to-eat vegan meals. The pizza bar at this establishment does not offer individual slices of vegan pizza; you must order a whole pizza. On multiple occasions, I found non-vegan items in my meals, such as chicken in a spinach pastry. The customer service staff tried to convince me that tofu was in a pre-packaged meal, but it was not. The Medford Whole Foods is vegan-friendly, but the Woburn location is not.

I have dined at many restaurants and this one has the worst vegan options I have ever come across. The hot bar choices were extremely bland with no tofu options and there was no vegan pizza available. When I inquired about the TTLa sandwich, I was told they could not make it because they were out of ingredients. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed by my request for vegan options. I would not recommend this place to anyone and suggest spending your money elsewhere. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

This restaurant has a large location and has consistently provided excellent customer service for the past decade, whether in person or over the phone. Even after moving to MA, I always made a point to stop by this restaurant in NY after visiting family because it felt like a grocery store paradise to me. The pandemic has caused some supply issues that have dimmed the store's shine, but I remain hopeful that things will return to normal or at least improve in the future.

Great place to buy food! I also returned Amazon stuff there!

Dave was very friendly, helpful and had some great product recommendations to try. He alone would be a reason to return to the store. Try to find a manager to leave the feedback, but thought Google was as good as anyone. Thank you. Dave for being brilliant!
