The restaurant takes extensive precautions to prevent cross-contamination. Everything on the menu is gluten-free, except for three items: scalloped potatoes, roast coal, and roast chicken. All gluten-free dishes are prepared separately from gluten-containing foods. The staff demonstrates a strong understanding of celiac disease and the importance of avoiding cross-contamination. The roast meat, potato cookies, chips, and gravy are all exceptional! They also offer gluten-free ice cream and other desserts. Highly recommended!

The restaurant has separate fryers for chips, and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive to cross-contamination concerns. The roasts are very flavorful, and my order was ready right on time.
