Nando's - Wokingham

Visited Wokingham Nando’s today and was very disappointed with the experience. Myself and my son were both served our meals and the chicken was stone cold. When I returned the meals to the Manager he seemed very surprised. When questioned further he advised they don’t check the chicken temperature before sending out!! Very concerning and very risky for anyone eating the restaurant. When I advised I wanted a full refund the manager advised there machines don’t allow refunds and the refund process would taken 7 days via their head office. No apologies from the manager or offer to make things right!! AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE FOOD POISIONING!!!

Pretty nice meal with family and it was cooked great. Therefore, chicken was dry and chips were cold

I've been going here off and on for years and since they changed from their old vege burger to the new it still hasn't improved. Still bland, needs salt and seasoning and if you order home delivery, fairly cold/warm on arrival. Not worth the money.

Went for some lunch with my friends on Sunday the 31st. Wasn’t very busy but just not the best service this time around. A lot of a food was missing and wasn’t until we had finished it was rectified, wrong wrap spice, asked for lemon and herb and got hot, wrong sides and had to keep asking for the forgotten halloumi and corn on the cob. staff look really unhappy in there at the moment. A shame cause I love going normally

Our order was taken at the till, 15 minutes til it was ready. Food was piping hot and delicious. Great customer service.
