The best carrot cake I've ever had was the highlight of a lovely neighborhood gathering, beautifully decorated for St. Patrick's Day. I should have anticipated that the IRISH SODA BREAD would be amazing too! It truly was the best I've ever tasted! Many guests went back for seconds, and it was served with Kerrygold Irish butter. I ordered two loaves for ten people, but everyone wanted the Irish soda bread as well. Next time, I’ll order three loaves so I can have leftovers! We are so happy here in Wolfeboro! Thank you! Linda
