Mcdonald's - Wolverhampton

This McDonald's has a spacious parking lot, but the food is only lukewarm and the place is crowded with delivery drivers waiting for their orders. The prices are noticeably high, with a large double quarter-pounder with cheese costing nearly £8.

These experiences in the restaurant industry can be quite hit or miss. We placed our order and received our food quickly, which was a plus. However, the quality of the meals varied significantly—some were absolutely perfect, while others were a total disaster. We encountered cold dishes and missing items as well.

Overall, everything was good, but the restaurant was quite busy, which led to some delays. I think 4 stars is a fair rating for McDonald's. It might be helpful to consider removing some outdoor seating from the parking area to create a bit more privacy.

When I returned to address the issues, my burgers were prepared poorly; they were overloaded with mayo, and the cheeseburger had way too much ketchup. The chef should seriously consider a different career, and the large woman at the counter had no enthusiasm for her job whatsoever. This experience has completely put me off takeout food for good. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had; I felt sick and couldn’t even eat my meal. I wouldn't recommend the Bilston location—try Oldbury or somewhere near the Albion ground instead.

I placed my order and went home, only to find that it was incorrect and missing items. I had to return to the restaurant, where the manager changed our food. However, when he read back our order, it turned out to be wrong again. To top it off, the fries were so bad I wouldn't even give them to my dog.
