Sumo Sam Cebu - Wonju

Their sumo sam roll is remarkably delicious! Every mouthful of it is like a firework of flavors exploding in your mouth. At first, I found it kind of gross because of the intense seafood taste but as soon as everything was well incorporated inside my mouth, I started to love it. There's a balance of saltiness with a distinct seafood taste, the creaminess of the mayonnaise, the subtle sweetness of rice and then the refreshing raw veggie (i think it's celery stalk, idk exactly what it was . Aside from putting the entire thing in my mouth, the only issue I have with it is how to keep myself from craving it coz I wouldn't be able to afford it all the time!

I love their foodddd!! It's one of the best Japanese restaurants in Cebu (my opinion). I love the food and the staff is friendly. The ambiance of the place is calm and nice too.

Sumo sam was a nice dining experience. The food was good, the staff was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I asked if they could provide a little extra curry with my dish, and they happily did so. I am certainly returning to eat there again.

I'm a huge fan of Japanese cuisine that's why I wanted to try here. The ramen was hugeeeee and it was delicious. Though their were a bit expensive for me but still the food was delicious. The staffs were very accomodating. We enjoyed dining here

Our go-to place in ayala when we just want a simple japanese dish for dinner or lunch before a movie. Its simple and very cheap if you want a budget meal to-go or dine in. The place is simple and the ambiance is good. The place though can sometimes be hot at times.
