Cooper’s Hawk - Woodbourne-Hyde Park

This restaurant provided unparalleled service. My wife has food allergies, and we have NEVER been to a place like this where the entire staff worked together to assure she would have a wonderful experience. We felt cared for and served as though they knew us personally. The food also was top tier, and everyone in our party had one of the best meals they ever had.

Kayla and Mike delivered exceptional service. We have no doubt that we will return. The food was outstanding, the wine selection was superb, and the customer service was top-notch. We highly recommend this place without any reservations.

We visited Cooper's Hawk for the first time last night for our anniversary. Wonderful staff and experience. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. We enjoyed the Cooper's Hawk Pinot Noir, the Trio of Medallions, and the mushroom short rib risotto. All were absolutely amazing- but by far the best was the Short Rib Risotto. We can't wait to come back! 

We are local repeat customers! We had a 7:30 PM reservation on Sat 3/2/24 and were seated at 8PM. The hostess told us people were sitting for over 4 hours causing delays but we overheard her say that to everyone who was waiting. Was not true. It was simply busy. Not a problem! Our server Kim couldn't have been nicer. After we ordered our main course came out and was great! Unfortunately the salad we ordered was forgotten. One of the kitchen guys came out and said we could get it carryout but we declined. So my overall take is the food is great as usual but the staff is very busy but not attentive to the customer. I think the manager needs to tweek the processes that deliver the product. We received several emails and texts as reminders to show up on time but not sure why? I am thrilled the restaurant is busy but the staff may be overwhelmed with the volume of work required. I would return but probably not on a Saturday night. I hope the manager reads this.

Every visit to Cooper's Hawk has been excellent. This time, we had Tessa as our server. She was helpful and quick. The spring rolls were delicious as always, and our entrees were excellent as well. We will be back soon!
