Niecy's Mac Cheese - Woodbridge

Update: 10/26/21 I called this time to make sure my order was correct, The Mac collards and turkey wings delicious ???????????????????????????? Saturday, 10/16/21 530pm I was in the mood for some soul food, I ordered The turkey wings with yam and mac and cheese, I received turkey wings with yam and collard greens, a small ketchup container filled with mac and cheese ???? anyhow, the wings yam collard greens were very good. My little bite size serving of mac and cheese

I really hate leaving negative reviews, especially for what I perceive as small businesses, but I also feel feel customer service can?t be compromised. I placed my first order with the restaurant at this location, being excited that there was a store location for the smaller mall location. I placed my order at 6:38pm through a delivery app. Almost immediately, I received a call from the restaurant that something I ordered wasn?t available. I was completely fine with that

I ordered the oxtail platter thinking it would come with rice and I received this with a note attached.I don?t have much to say about this place but I just know I won?t be ordering from here ever again!

First time ordering from Niecy's and I have to say that the food was very enjoyable and reasonably priced. We had the smothered turkey wings these were a little dry but very flavourful. We also had the meatloaf which was moist and tender. The gravy was well made no floury aftertaste or overwhelming greasy on your tongue. The sides were collards which were very good, string beans which had a lot of flavour however not prepped properly some had the stems attached and the string wasn't pulled. Mac cheese was great, candied yams also very good. I was disappointed as they didn't have any potato salad but hopefully next time. I recommend if you like this type of food to try this establishment. Hopefully you won't be disappointed either!!
