Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Woodbridge

Im new to the area and I love trop so i was very excited to grab a mocha madness from you guys. First thing I walk into is one of the employees sniffling, which ya know in this day and age is a little bit like ehhhhh. But I figured it was allergies or something but then she also proceeded to sneeze while she was talking to me and wipe her nose with her hands multiple times and then proceed to touch a bunch of things behind the counter without washing her hands including making my drink. I ended up just throwing it away because that is so gross and unsanitary and is unacceptable. I wont be back.

Try the one on Prince William Parkway instead ! Never had a problem. I ordered delivery through the Tropical Smoothie App for this location and never got my food. When I called the restaurant not one staff member could advise me on what to do. Ridiculous management.

If you love tropical smoothie, don?t even waste your time at this location. The entire establishment is run by teenagers who are late to open, the music is blasting as if you?re in a club, the orders are never correct, and the customer service is terrible. It?s unfortunate that the management would rather leave teens in charge or running their business and running it to the ground instead of coming in to make sure they?re doing their job correctly, or hiring staff that cares more about the customers. Avoid at all costs.

Mango magic neither has mango/pineapple flavor nor any magic. ? Just chunks of crushed ice that cannot be sipped through the tiny straw ?. Disappointed as we've never had such experiences ever at other Tropical Smoothie locations.

The service here is exceptional and the quality is top-notch! You definitely need to check out this new location! They have half-priced smoothies from 7 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Friday, which I absolutely love—it's the perfect way to start my day!
