Delicious, wonderful food. The ladies are absolutely fantastic. The chicken fowl is fantastic. And of course... the mole. Try the coffee too. I can't wait to come back and try something else.

WOW!!! This place is absolutely amazing, the best Mexican food I have had in Oregon. We tried several of the soups and the tacos and all were so delicious. The customer service was top notch as well, highly recommend.

Great service- by far the best Authentic Mexican food in Oregon. You can definitely taste the flavors in every dish. Could not ask for a better place to eat.

Chicken Mole Tamales - a smoky explosion of flavors! This experience was as fantastic as a Friday! My team came in today with a half dozen steaming tamales. I’ve never had the chance to try freshly made tamales before, and I didn’t realize what I was missing. I’m so thrilled to have discovered Casa de Caldos, and I can't wait to enjoy a meal there myself. The complimentary hot sauces were also delightful—not too spicy, but bursting with flavor. Plus, they open at 5:00, making it the perfect spot for an early coffee or champurrado and a to-go lunch.

I dined this morning at a quaint little shop in the small town of Woodburn, Oregon. The walk-in space was an immediate positive sign! I ordered Caldo de res and enchiladas de mol. I was really looking forward to the Caldo, but I couldn’t resist trying the enchiladas as well. The food was a bit salty (especially the enchiladas), but overall, it was fantastic. The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly. After two weeks on the road, I was in desperate need of a good meal! Unfortunately, I ended up with way too much food—guess my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I plan to return to try the Caldo de lengua, which looked absolutely delicious!
