Caribou Coffee - Woodbury

Steven is the best to make coffee that offers great customer service. When I shop at Lund and he doesn't work, I don't order coffee. The other employees could use a customer service training or at least time their recordings correctly.

Steven is truly an amazing Barista. He is funny, friendly, attentive, and overall just a ball of sunshine. I don’t often buy lattes but when I do, he brightens my day as much as the shots of espresso!

I just asked if they could make a Breve, and they really delivered! I often feel let down when visiting chain coffee shops, but this place exceeded my expectations. The baristas here deserve to be paid more for their fantastic coffee and outstanding service.

I visit this place daily to enjoy my "liquid gold," and today I witnessed how professionally the manager, Trasie, dealt with a very rude customer. I was behind the customer in line, and she was literally throwing her money! It was so disrespectful; she couldn't even take a moment to hand it over politely. Trasie managed the situation beautifully—rather than getting frustrated, she smiled and completed the transaction smoothly. Trasie truly deserves special recognition for her handling of that situation. Well done!

I love Caribou and stop by whenever I can. I want to mention that this location does not have a drive-thru; they only offer takeout.
