The dining experience was excellent, even better than it was before the pandemic. The atmosphere was calm, which is understandable given the need for social distancing.

First restaurant since stay at home has been lifted and they're doing everything possible to ensure health

It was a nice experience in the other night, especially with the current situation. we order three fish and chip dinner for our table, and one of the plates came with a few pieces of broken fish, our server was not satisfied with it and said that they would leave it so that I have something to eat while they have a new one without additional fee, as all the other food for the table already served. that was the right one, and frankly, that just doesn't happen anymore.

The atmosphere isn't as appealing as one might expect from a prefabricated setting. The service is decent, but not exceptional.

**Pros:** - The waiter was fantastic—friendly and attentive. - The food was good. - Parking was convenient. - I’ve dined at this location before and enjoyed it. **Cons:** 1) I made a reservation for 4 PM and arrived on time, yet a couple without a reservation was allowed in ahead of me. When we were next in line, the hostess mistakenly gave our table away. Upon asking how long we would have to wait, she immediately recognized her error. Although I didn’t voice my frustration, it was still irritating. After all, the whole point of making a reservation is to have a smoother experience, not the other way around. To top it off, there was no apology or effort to make amends, which is quite unprofessional for someone in her position. 2) The hostess also didn’t remind guests about the COVID-19 protocols regarding mask-wearing, even though patrons were walking around without masks to access the bathrooms. (The check-in person outside was absent.) This neglect of safety guidelines is a serious health concern, and age is no excuse for lacking professionalism. Overall, while there were some positives, the service and adherence to safety protocols left a lot to be desired.
