Starbucks Coffee - Woodland Hills

The restaurant is very nice and clean, with helpful employees who greet you with a smile. The staff is always friendly and brings a cheerful atmosphere.

The hot chocolate is fantastic! It's a nice alternative to the usual coffee.

This was my first visit to this Starbucks, and while I usually wouldn’t write a review for a chain, the customer service I experienced was unparalleled. I honestly can’t believe how great it was. The barista who took my order, Dom, was the friendliest and most helpful person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. I was having a rough day, and he turned it around completely. He engaged me in light conversation while being efficient, asked how my day was going, and even noticed I was in uniform and inquired if I was on my lunch break. His bubbly and friendly personality was infectious. I can honestly say I’d love to be best friends with every employee at this location. I’ve never been a loyal Starbucks customer, but I will definitely return just to see that wonderful team and get a smile. So, Dom, if you happen to read this, know that people like you truly make a difference in the world. I was feeling incredibly down, and your kindness brightened my day. Thank you! I never expected to gain so much from a simple coffee run.
