Eating was amazing....prime rib was delicious and ahi was amazing. our waiter michael was excellent. by cousin he was great at all his waiter's duties.... his personality and his way out will take him over the tip. will be safe in his opposite direction on our next trip.

Our server was unaware that it was my friend's special occasion, even though this information was included in the OpenTable reservation. The server communicated with the host about the situation—most likely through OpenTable. The food was a bit pricey, but the quality was excellent. Since it was a special event, everyone's meals were enjoyable, but I still had to ask for drinks. I've dined here before and have never been disappointed with the food. However, considering the prices, I expected better service, especially when it came to drink refills—they should be more attentive and let the drinks flow more freely. Additionally, the tables felt a little cramped for someone of my size, which seems to be a common issue in upscale restaurants these days.

We have dined at M.O.M several times before, but unfortunately, tonight's dinner was disappointing. It seemed like they were understaffed, as the timing was off and there was a bit of chaos with the service. Our server repeatedly apologized and mentioned how busy they were, but drinks were delayed, the ribs were warm rather than hot, and the stroganoff didn’t quite meet expectations. Given this experience, I would hesitate to recommend it for dinner. I hope this was just a one-time issue.

Nice restaurant. A bit too noisy for my preference.

Really great food, just sad that the creme brûlée was off the menu.
