Little Caesars Pizza - Woodruff

You never let the extra pepperoni hot and ready, hot ready as they advertise. And half the time when you ask for it, they do not tell you that it is not ready to go ahead and calculate and then say you need to wait 10 minutes. Customer service so far out of window traffic it runs over. You will get much better customer service at the Simpsonville site .

First they told me I had not called in an order then after 10 min searching they found a phone order was placed but they had put it under someone else's name. I had to reorder then it took over an hour &10 to get 2 beef pizzas! I sat inside waiting while several orders just got made instead of mine. I never got an apology or anything and was terrible and they went even busy

Nothing is wrong with the food other than it sitting in their hot oven for 30 minutes. I went into the store to pick up my order, only to be told that it?s not ready after the online app telling me it?s ready. I had to come ask the worker to check again for me only to find out it was sitting in their hot box ready to be picked up. Food is good but service is subpar. The girl working didn?t even know where to check for completed orders. Better management is needed.

Good choice for a quick, cheap meal. Like any other Little Caesars' location, they have the hot and ready cheese or pepperoni. If they're pretty fresh, they're good. Sometimes they've been sitting around for a while. The store is clean, the workers are decent. It doesn't wow me, but I can't complain about it. I lived off Little Caesars pizza during high school.

I recently moved to Woodruff and ordered a cheese hot-and-ready pizza through the drive-thru. The service was quick and friendly. The pizza was wonderfully soft and expertly made. This is by far the best Little Caesars I've ever been to!
