Kfc - Woodsfield

I visited the drive-thru on October 1st and was given the wrong sandwich. When I went back and explained the mistake, I received the same incorrect chicken sandwich again. I was also unable to purchase another item due to lack of funds, but the restaurant still charged my card, resulting in a $35 overdraft fee. The manager claimed he couldn't help with the refund and hung up on me when I requested his name for corporate. This experience was unacceptable and I will not be returning. The KFC in my small town needs better training. Rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.

This restaurant is overpriced and needs to change their oil. This is the second time I have gotten sick from their dirty oil. The service is for takeout meals during dinner time. The price per person is between $10 and $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 3 out of 5. I would recommend trying the Fried Chicken.

My husband and I stopped by for dinner around 8:00 pm. We weren't able to place our order as no one was at the counter, it seemed like all the staff were focused on the drive-thru. It appeared that there was an issue with staffing placement. After waiting for about 5 minutes, we decided to dine elsewhere.
