Woodside Providore

We were waiting for nearly an hour for a light lunch of a toasted foccacia/panini. When it finally arrived, there were no serviettes or an apology for it being so late. Spoke to another customer who had a similar complaint of the very slow service.

We had a GREAT lunch at Woodside Providore. The pizzas were delicious, the mushroom bruschetta was perfect, the salads were substantial super tasty. And the staff were really lovely very efficient. I'm a bit of a picky eater often find café food a bit underwhelming, but this was all really good I definitely recommend it will be coming back.

Took the family in for lunch. 45mins to get 2 pizzas and 1 burger, plus a Thai beef salad. The steak sandwich had good taste but I thought the bun was too large. Both pizzas bases were under cooked. Lacked real flavour. The Thai beef salad had only 4-5 small pieces of beef. The salad was very small and bland lacked imagination. Given the fresh produce available in the area the presentation of the meals lacked any sign of passion, that demonstrates the beauty of the area. This place would be packed if the food was better, and more reflective of the Adelaide hills.

We went there for lunch yesterday. Noticed that tables weren’t cleaned up after each customers, let alone disinfected. We ordered two baguettes with different fillings. I am French and I know what a baguette should look and taste like. The one we got was not even cooked and partly doughy. Very blond and obviously not crunchy. The toppings were pretty scarse. I thought for $15 it was a rip off. Won’t be going there again

Great location for a meal or drinks with friends. Very nice outside area to watch the world go by. Comfortable inside for a meal. Very good food and service, definitely recommend to come here and we will be back. Staff were friendly and helpful, happy to take the orders while we were sitting outside sharing a drink before going inside to enjoy the food.
