Charleys Philly Steaks - Woodstock

Philly was better than ever! I live in Clayton County and make the drive here every 2 to 3 weeks to visit the Polo shop and enjoy a meal at Charley's Philly Steaks. If you're ever shopping at the Tanger Outlet in Woodstock, make sure to stop by!

It might have been an off day for them... The person who took my order was rather curt and seemed disinterested, almost as if my presence was a bother. Unfortunately, the food was not prepared as I had requested. Overall, not a great experience. I won’t be returning.

We ordered through DoorDash and that was the worst cheesesteak we've ever had. I've had better ones at Waffle House! For a place that claims to specialize in cheesesteaks, this was a complete letdown. It tasted like the cheap frozen steak you buy at the grocery store. The fries were also disappointing, reminiscent of the kind you'd get in a school cafeteria. I'm very disappointed! If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, the lowest rating is one star.

I purchased my meal and was told they would call my number. After 10 minutes, I went to check in my order and was told it been ready but they can remake it. All 4 employees were talking and looking at the people in the food court and no one called my number.

Pretty decent Philly cheese stake. Service wasn't exceptional but was ok. Great cheese steak.
