Mcdonald's - Woodstock

I have these Mcdonalds. It is a heavy traffic McDs but people here know how to move traffic at a fast and reasonable pace. I've been coming here for years and never had problems with my order or the freshness of my food. Love her!

You're on a REAL BOGUS BS! The cook came out to inform me they knew that their food was not old or cooked.... they could have built the building with the nuggets...

Yesterday, a lady did not hear that this was not my order, that it was incomplete, she was very rude and left me talking to myself, I had to ask other people to help me, and I asked to find my invoice to show that I had paid for two combos , the guy who charged me intervened and said that my order is the one that was on the invoice. The lady prepared an order for me without the hamburgers, thanks to another man who was inside the restaurant area who listened to the boy and checked my bill, he prepared the order again and delivered it to me correctly, I think the lady should measure her way of Treating customers, it was really very nice to turn around and leave me talking to myself, I didn't listen to myself even though I asked for help, he just ignored me, I think it is not a way to work with the public and I recommend that you always verify the invoice since the customer You are paying for products and you get a bad impression of the restaurant and the staff.

We went through the drove through at 10:02 This morning and ordered all breakfast foods. They over charged on one sandwich (say over change because my normal one is two dollars less) But I didn?t fight it whatever they are good ? They got my wives sandwich wrong so. I parked and asked to just add a sausage to it. They let me keep my incorrect sandwich and gave me a new one no complaint and very quickly. Also have us a free apple pie for the ?inconvenience ? of the mistake. Great customer service and very friendly. Would get five but a mistake was made but they made it right. Good job GM.

Place sucks workers not working just talking and playing around. Gave me Medium fries when I purchased a large and also my mushroom Swiss didn?t even have mushrooms on it. Won?t be back!
