Írjon visszajelzéstWe were staying at a motel, and in need of a simple dinner, so we chose Dominos for a delivery pizza and cheesy garlic bread. We tracked it on the computer, and were already concerned when it was close to 15 minutes by the time the pizza had finished cooking, and the time it was collected by the delivery person.By he time it was delivered, both the pizza and the cheesy garlic bread were barely lukewarm. Just as well this motel had a microwave oven to heat it up. The pepperoni pizza had just a few pieces of pepperoni, and the crust was rubbery. At almost $25, it certainly was very substandard.
I went theyre and it was so busy but the staff there were so organised and very efficent in serving and having our pizza prepared. The pizza was hot and even though it was so busy the pizza still looked delicous with all our extras that were added on with the pizza too.
Since the Chefs special menu has been in operation, the quality of the pizzas has dropped noticeably. When you pay for extras in an off peak period you would expect better service. I complained on the website , but as usual no reply. Stick to good quality pizzas that kids that work there can throw together without error. The drivers are clueless and cant workout that ( numbered) 35 is a house between 33 and 37. For WH&S they need to be given better quality lights also.
Late delivery cold and the worst pizza I have had. I left feedback when requested but no response. sell the shares don't order in northern Wollongong
My fiancee and I ordered Domino's on most Friday nights as a "pizza night tradition". The food was never fantastic, but it arrived within 30 minutes and it was hot and fresh. We also enjoyed the sides and added a few desserts. This started in January and ended last night. I don't know what happened (change of owner maybe?) but about a month ago the orders were being delivered later and later. Items were frequently missing. We always tipped each driver $10 because both of us had worked delivering pizzas in the past and knew how low the pay was. I asked one of the drivers what had been going on and he said that 'there isn't enough time to check the orders before we leave anymore'. I noticed this coincided with the launch of the GPS tracking service and my theory is that as drivers are no longer allowed to speed (which is a damn good thing), management have instructed everyone in the store to get the food cooked, packed and out the door as quick as possible. I drove past the other day and saw a Domino's employee walking towards his car with the pizza carrier under his arm. I was stopped at a red light and saw him using the torch on his phone to check the order against the receipt as he walked to the car. Domino's is obsessed with delivery times - It doesn't matter if your food is handled with bare hands in the middle of a public street on a cold night to confirm it is what the customer ordered, provided the pizza is delivered on time it doesn't matter. My other complaint with Domino's Pizza is the price, we used a discount for $12.95 delivered pizzas - that sounds cheap, but it's not what you pay. Our pizza cost-1x BBQ Chicken & Rasher Bacon - $12.95Chicken and Prawn Surcharge - $2.95Topping Surcharge - $4.00Total Cost for Discounted Delivered Pizza: $19.90The topping surcharge is because we added extra cheese and extra chicken. There is a minimum delivery fee of $21.90 so you need to order a side or drink in addition to your pizza. The best offers we could find included 2 sides for $6.00 so really the total minimum is $25.90 - that's a lot of money for a **** pizza, garlic bread and a bottle of coke. The minimum delivery fee of $21.90 is impossible to attain from my experience. $12.95 pizza + 2x Sides for $6.00 = $18.95, you need to keep adding on both in price, time and weight.
