Baylobsters Cafe Fish Market - Wooster

We visited the restaurant on Friday to grill some fish. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly helpful. They offer a wide selection of seafood, though it is on the pricier side. We tried Snook, a new fish they had available, and it was delicious. We also enjoyed swordfish and tuna steak. As a nice touch, they even provided us with ice cream for the journey home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

This is the best place for fresh seafood! The staff is always friendly and helpful; they even let you sample items if you're unsure about trying something new. I'm so grateful to have them nearby—otherwise, I'd have to travel out of town or order what I needed! I can't recommend them enough; you can always count on their seafood to be super fresh! A+!

This restaurant is a hidden gem for freshly made seafood! We ordered the fish and chips dinner, and everything was served hot and delicious, from the coleslaw to the hushpuppies. The tartar sauce was fantastic, and the fish was lightly battered, not greasy at all. It has quickly become our favorite cozy dining spot! The owners are incredibly friendly, too. Our second visit today was just as wonderful as the first! I brought my stepdaughter from Akron, and she loved it. The food is fresh, and the staff is always welcoming! This place is a fantastic addition to Wooster.

Great place to get fresh seafood. We ordered from their café menu and ate inside. Owners are very friendly and the food was delicious. Very recommended!

I love how fresh the seafood is at Bay Lobsters Café Fish Market. My family especially enjoys having them prepare tilapia deep fried with their special house seasoning. It’s also good grilled with Cajun seasoning when I’m in the mood for something a little different. The staff is friendly and super helpful. They’re willing to prepare whatever seafood I purchase with whichever seasoning I want (house seasoning, Cajun grilled or blackened). Or I can purchase the seafood I want and prepare it myself. When I have them prepare a meal for me, I also enjoy getting their fried okra. If you want fresh seafood, this is the place to go. It may be a little more expensive than in regular grocery stores in the area, but the freshness and the variety of selection makes it well worth the price!
