Red Lobster - Wooster

They honor veterans on Veterans Day with a delicious free meal. I always had a great experience there, no matter what season I went there.

We had a party of 10. They could not place us with enough space for 8, but all 10( adults) pushed into a place with 3 tables. That was the second time we went there and it was our last time.

Red Lobster should not try to make a South Court and stay what they do best. I had the new cook they had on the menu disgusting! I will not be surprised when they stop to use it before the next menu comes. It had 1 piece of soggy corn, rough keelbasa, large pieces of potatoes and 1/2 pounds of crab legs all broken into butter and I think they microwaves?. Shows the worst cooking taste and experience. Sticky microwave butter on a finger food dish terrible idea. The shrimp in the bowl was fine. Kenzie is a great waitress not her guilt turned 20%. We were the only guests when we arrived on Saturday at 12:30. 2 stars for service and cookies zero stars for the ? boiler?

I took my mother for lunch for her 80. Birthday on July 4th her birthday! and we were quickly greeted and sitting. Our waitress, Jen, was fantastic!!!! She was very attentive and even served Mama an ice cream sunflower, for her birthday Dessert!

Ordered through door dash. Received it in this foil pan. Butter packets and sour cream just tossed in. Manager made it right. Food tastes fine. But goodness why is it in a foil pan ? It's a mess and looks less than appealing....
