Antonio’s Pizza By The Slice Kitchen Worcester

Three adults dined there on July 2, 2023, and we ordered calamari. Unfortunately, it was mostly batter with just a few small pieces of meat and a couple of peppers. I brought this to the waitress’s attention and showed her our platter; she inquired with the kitchen staff, who claimed this was the standard. I was skeptical, as it was quite unsatisfactory. When she asked what could be done, I suggested we shouldn't have to pay for it. She agreed to ask. When the bill arrived, we were charged for the calamari, so I spoke to the person at the cash register, who connected me with a manager (who didn't provide his name or title). He insisted we had eaten too much to avoid payment. I clarified that we only ate the small pieces of meat and left the majority, which probably amounted to about three-quarters of a cup of batter. Rather than understanding, he argued before finally offering to reduce the price by half. I accepted the offer, but it was frustrating to talk to someone who clearly lacked customer service skills. It's unacceptable to argue with a customer over a $12.99 dish that wasn’t satisfactory. We still love their pizza and will return, but we’ll definitely skip the calamari next time.

I went out for pizza with friends and had a fantastic time! We enjoyed sampling their pizza by the slice, which allowed us to try a variety of their amazing pies. Every single one was delicious! Personally, I was blown away by the buffalo pizza with blue cheese – it’s my favorite! Having traveled all over the U.S., I can confidently say this pizza is among my top three and will set the standard for all others. I definitely need to return before we head down south for the winter! The veggie pies were fantastic as well, along with the taco pies. The best part was that everyone could choose what they wanted, which was great given the diverse tastes in our group. No one had to compromise, which is perfect if you have picky eaters in the family. This place is an absolute must-try! For me, it’s all about the crust! ❤️

I dropped by this restaurant around 10:30 PM on a Saturday night after attending a Massachusetts Pirates game. I chose this place because it was open late and had pizza by the slice. I ordered a slice of buffalo bob pizza, and it was fantastic! It was a generous slice packed with flavor. I even closed my eyes while savoring the last bite—it was that delicious. The cashier was friendly and easy to chat with, making the experience even better.

Got delivery, my Caesar salad which I fell in love with repeatedly was sadly disappointing. My romaine lettuce is unwashed/ dirty. So my first bite which never happened was upsetting. The pizza was good.

First time at a Antonio's. There was plenty of parking available. Service was good, she was very attentive to what we ordered. We ordered a Large Pepperoni with Onions with half tomato and half green peppers which was delicious, a bit flimsy but nonetheless good. The wings were flame grilled and had a dry rub which was also tasty. Would definitely come back and try some of their other food.
