You really made our morning awesome with those amazing (FREE!!!!) smoothies at Fit FRIENDzy Studios!!! We love being your neighbors!!!

B.Good has expanded its menu to include salads and chalk bowls. We tried the Mediterranean chicken dish and the BBQ bacon burger with sweet potato fries. The food is not only delicious but also healthy, which is a refreshing change from most fast food places. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable for such high-quality ingredients!

The interior is beautiful and spacious—not very large, but the furniture is thoughtfully arranged, making it easy for people to move around. The large, wall-to-wall windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The simple decor emphasizes a focus on better, healthier eating. In addition to regular beverages like soda and tea, they offer four types of lemonades: lemon iced tea, strawberry lemonade, beet-ginger lemonade, and rosemary lemonade. I tried both the strawberry lemonade and the beet-ginger lemonade, and they were both fantastic. During our visit, we enjoyed some salads and burgers, all of which were fresh, tasty, and well-portioned. The salads were especially impressive, featuring beautiful, super fresh ingredients. The bowls were enormous and filled to the brim. They also serve baked fries instead of traditional fried ones, and they were surprisingly delicious—a great surprise! I usually have some reservations about chain restaurants, but this one exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect combination of quality and flavor! The staff were also lovely—friendly and polite. A wonderful choice! I had the spaghetti and meatless eggs, and it was outstanding. I will absolutely return. I appreciate that they freeze their fries and offer a children's menu. I rated them 4 stars because I'd like to see a broader selection. The menu is quite limited, and many items contain spicy ingredients, which I'm not a fan of, so my options were somewhat restricted. Additionally, the restaurant could use a quick clean-up, as there were several dirty tables and counters, even though I was the first customer of the day.

Being good at B.GOOD you offer feel-good options and use high-quality ingredients. The staff here is very friendly, friendly and courteous, and will work to fulfill certain dining room preferences and/or meals modifications. The only thing that could be improved is to add a wider selection of options to the menu, but apart from that, this is an excellent point that I would recommend and plan to return.
