Chipotle Mexican Grill - Worcester

It was a strange experience. order online and pay. go to pickup. order. I asked about my drink. Countermaid says empty cup is in the stacking bag. What? Ok .. open pocket retrieve crushed cup with lemonade to fill I ordered. asked why they don't just put cup on the side? They still live in an active COVID world. I've had many well drinks lately, where they give you the cup... then she says "on the way" chip machine is broken so I have to go online for $9 refund. I left a little unbelief from the experience I had just... It was weird. I go online for refund. It's all automated. I get a chip and a Queso voucher instead of a refund? I don’t want her to be the next time” ... bowl was good, but a strange experience. my biggest beef is that they didn't refund the $9 for something I never got.

This chipotle is terrible. every time we order online, our entire order is wrong. it's like they don't read the commands! a bowl should have brisket and it has chicken and black beans. one should be an salate, and there is no salate in the bowl. my looks like sour soup. they mixed every single ingredient we had, and we had bowls of random things that we did not order.

Not guacamole or red salsa. Eating was cold like ice when it arrived. The salad was literally half the bowl. Never given me for the blame they accused me of and never gave me. This restaurant was always terrible and forgotten.

Worst Chipotle I consistently go (required because it is the next and I love Chipotle! . You seem to have an important problem with chips in stock. The majority of the time I command are made of chips. The best part is if I use a coupon for the chips I was charged but not received, and they are back from chips! They also consistently confuse the content of my Burritos.

Absolutely horrible. Can you put some effort into wrapping a burrito so it doesn’t fall apart? Maybe a little extra foil as well so the bottom doesn’t fall out the bottom? The attitudes are horrible here. I always come back hoping they staff improves but I’m always disappointed. Edited: I got home and tried it eat it. The rice isn’t cooked. Thanks guys. Right in the trash.
