Mcdonald's - Worcester

A customer asked the cook about the freshness of the cookies, which resulted in laughter from many people. As a result, the customer had to drive through for a refund. The cookies were as hard as rocks, causing frustration over the wasted time and lost sale of four cookies.

I went to the restaurant for a late dinner on Tuesday evening around 7 pm. I entered the restaurant and went to the counter to place my order. The employee saw me but didn't recognize me and didn't offer any assistance. I waited patiently for 10 minutes before someone finally took my order. They didn't apologize for the wait and just took my money and quickly left. I had to remind them to give me my drinks while I waited. After waiting for 20 minutes, my food was finally ready, but they forgot half of my order. I had to ask for the missing items again. The employee didn't apologize for the mistake. By the time I got home, the food was cold and I ended up wasting $20 without even eating.

On Sunday morning there was an breakfast with the family and right on the flea mouse they had only a high chair for my two children. only one in the whole restaurant. then the place was so dirty. French fries everywhere on the floor when they had not even begun to operate french. tables were dirty. then, in the top that it took 18 minutes to get my food when it was just another customer at the place.

I always command a simple chicken sandwich that they can't screw, right? I took 2 bites and threw it away, tasted it funny. about an hour later, I was sick on my own, never again.

Last time I ordered there I was so angry because the fries weren't fresh at all. It was so hard and crunchy and the nuggets don't even get me started on them. I will take a while to recover and go there again.
