Mcdonald's - Worcester

Everything was fine, but the staff should pay more attention to cleanliness. I understand the challenges of working in a restaurant, as I also work in the industry. Thank you for your hard work!

There were no ketchup packets available at the restaurant. The staff did not offer any alternatives and the French fries did not taste good without ketchup. The staff appeared to be careless, but two girls made an effort to find some ketchup, to no avail. It was a total bizarre experience. Additionally, they did not even offer to reheat the apple fritters.

I stopped getting happy meals for my children, finding all the way to home to find that they didn't even give them their nuggets. they had a lot of time to laugh and screw, but they couldn't even finish the order. my coffee also tasted like an ash plate? and immediately stopped at dünkin donuts after the first swallow.

I went there today and the young women took my order, but she was an idiot! I told her not to be rude and she still did it! she is an unexperienced manager and btw should be demolished!

The drive through after 10 becomes extremely slow, you can imagine how slow since I am typing this review while I am stuck in the drive through traffic, apart from that food and all is ok. So if you want tak go through drive through, be ready to wait for 40 minutes at least.
