Panera Bread - Worcester

We usually get take-out or delivery, however the last 4 times we've gotten delivery, they forgot to add the protein to our salads, so they were essentially just a bowl of lettuce. We'll no longer order from Panera since we've continued to pay foringredients that they omit. With prices continually going up while you get less and less, the value and quality just isn'tthere. I guess it's a good way for them to make extra money, but at the expense of losing a repeat customer.

Again a fantastic panera. I really can't imagine what the world would look like without this caffe. I really enjoy every single thing at this place. the drinks are very tasty, eating is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. I have the beverage subscription and I think they deserve every penny and I go there almost every day. I really don't know how they are so high quality in any business that I first visited what they do is right and they should continue to do it. many seats with loading places where they can do their work while enjoying a good meal and a good drink

I got the absolute wrong order. they need new management

I guess it is a good way for them to earn extra money, but at cost of a repeat customer.

Usually clean and quick service and friendly staff. Nice place to get some work done with busy atmosphere. Food is definitely a bit expensive for quality. I’d recommend getting pastries and soups which are yummy and not too overpriced.
