Westerman Store - Worcester

Very helpful staff at the main retail location. They also have a warehouse with used goods three minutes away. This place needs more staff and should price items on the floor. Wasted so much time waiting for prices. Photos from wharehouse.

Bought a 38k dollar walk in. Delivered damaged twice. Then we tried to install power plant and it was damaged. Delivered late. First door seal not installed properly leaked rain water. Seal replaced. Now door doesn’t close. Door tipped wont lock. Complete garbage. I wouldn’t buy another item from this company. Perhaps worst piece of equipment we’ve ever purchased. Terrible sales service. Worse customer service. Course of action seems to be heading towards litigation next. Complete failing at all levels of this company. Do not do business with anyone affiliated with Westermans Store and Restaurant Equipment. We recommend North American Restaurant Equipment.

Knowledgeable service and friendly. They carry everything you need from repair work to kitchen gadgets.

5 stars for quality of food, service and seating placement. We showed up at 4:45 and we were given a 45 minutes estimate wait for a table for 3. We were seated promptly at 5:30. Cannot complain. The birthday boy was totally agreeable with our choice as he used to work for Maines and he was always pleased when he had to deliver there. Always a good sign when someone who has seen the kitchen still likes to eat there. We will definitely go back to the Boynton.

They have all your restaurant kitchen needs right there. Awesome!
