Fox Inn - Worcester

We made a last minute booking for Sunday lunch at the Fox Inn .19th November. We both ordered roast dinner. Have to say we were very disappointed The beef was tough, overcooked and unable to slice into it. The roast potatoes were swimming in fat and far from roasted. Yorkshire puddings were cold as were all the vegetables .We had both ordered the cauliflower cheese .again undercooked and watery sauce with no taste of cheese. I would hope this was just a bad day in the kitchen. Our plan to possibly hold a family meal at The Fox, unfortunately won't be happening

Last time we went the service was sloooow despite hardly anyone being there. However the stem add were friendly and great. Chef and Brewers automated phone ‘service’ is a NIGHTMARE. Just ask for a human being. Parking: Nothing more to say. It’s a pub carpark Price per person: £30–40 Food: 4

Went on rememberance Sunday, booked on the day and managed to get a table for 9 of us. Unfortunately for the pub they had been affected by the flooding and this meant the boiler was not working so no heating, only the small lit fire in the main restaurant area. We were not made aware of this issue. Everyone who came in that evening was then put in the same area, to keep warm. Out of the food we ordered everyone ordered some form of Sunday roast, personally I found every bit of food on my plate was cold. I am currently 4 1/2 months pregnant and just needed to eat by the time we had food, otherwise I would have complained more. By the time we were asked about the food quality we were 3/4 the way through eating the meal. At the end of the meal we all realised we were all missing the stuffing off our meals. We did mention to the waitress who collected the plates at the end, got an apology. Just beware the food may not be the warmest. Hopefully they can get the isssues sorted soon and next time just make people aware when booking ahead.

Popped in as we was passing the place after a drive out. Definitely recommend. Food plentiful delicious. Serve 10 out 10. Thank you to the 2 ladies who served us for all their help patience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
