M&s Cafe - Worcester

We popped in for lunch after some Christmas shopping in the store .We had Turkey Feast sandwich Festive toastie. Both were delicious and the flat whites good too, Would have been an excellent rating today except we had quite a wait for the toastie to be brought to the table

I am disappointed that a cafe located in a store that offers some of the best gluten-free products for my celiac disease diet does not have any gluten-free bread, rolls, or cake. It is surprising that even a typical cafe can offer more options. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I’ve mentioned all the improvements that are needed in my previous reviews. Others have done the same. No responses to anything. Staff lazy, cakes left at room temperature in this heat, no healthy sandwiches. I’d like to see more plant based items on sale

Called here for lunch on the 1st Tuesday in June .My wife and I both had assorted sandwiches selection packs and 2 flat whites with seasonal extra shots All tasty

No matter what we post here, nothing seems to change. The staff is lazy, the food in the fridges is always the same for customers to buy, and tables are not cleared quickly enough. For a high-end company, these issues should never occur.
