Dunkin Donuts - Wrentham

Their prices are beyond my budget. There are many other options available that offer more reasonable rates.

The employees were not wearing face coverings, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, so I decided not to order anything.

There's a Dunkin' right across the street! Why do we need this restaurant?

Just walked out. Stood at the counter waiting for anyone to appear for on the upwards of ten minutes. Helpful woman at the Alltown counter tried to find the employee but to no avail. No idea if there was actually anyone working.

I love Dunkin donuts, but the service here is horrendous. When I say service, I mean Lori/Laurie specifically (older, blonde hair-usually wears in a pony tail, works mostly mornings) I have been here 3 times. 2 of them Lori waited on me. She was awful in every sense of the word. She talked down to me, was rude, snippy, rolling her eyes, then as soon as I get my coffee to leave she starts talking about me. I 'm at the Mobil counter and can hear every word shes saying. When I confronted her she said she wasn 't talking about me (I mean when there 's no one else in the store and she says see, that 's the girl I was telling you about.... clearly that 's not about me) but then proceeds to threaten me and says just you wait, I 'm telling my manager you 're harassing me, just you wait until she gets here, come back in an hour, you 'll see! I 've been there 3 times in 4 months, and even though this location is more convienent for me I avoid it because of her nasty attitude. I guess because I like my coffee a certain way, that is harassment in her book. I work in customer service, and have always been management...If she worked with me She would of been fired a long time ago for treating anybody, let alone a customer. I have no clue what I did to deserve this nasty behavior, and to be bullied 1st thing in the morning before I even had my coffee.
