Food was late even though 2 hours notice was given. Quality and quantity of starter was very poor and not as described. We made 2 requests on 2 dishes and both were ignored. Such as shame as previous orders were very good. It’s all well and good them saying “we’ll make it up to you next time “ but that doesn’t make up for the birthday meal that wasn’t up to standard

Food delivery was over an hour late. Was told it was about to arrive but still took over half an hour! Never again!
