Írjon visszajelzéstThis BK has been in a tailpinne for some time. It seems short on the staff and more training for those who are difficult. They never had a problem with the employees, but you could say they would rather not work there. BK and McDonald's had a double cheeseburger war on the day and you could definitely go to BK and get the best double cheeseburger in the store for about one dollar. What happened to the flame groove? That made BK the best. I hope they turn it around to be okay day because I still enjoy burgers there on occasion.
On January 7, 2023, I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about, as I dine here once or twice a week and have consistently had good experiences. I usually visit on weekdays between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. for lunch through the drive-thru. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the food is consistently good. During my last visit, I happened to have only one-dollar bills with me, which I hadn’t realized I had been collecting.
We drove to thru today and thought it was fast as we were the second car to order. That was a big mistake! We had a sample at 1 o'clock in school and wanted to take a quick bite before we go to the test. We're here at 12:45 and there was only one car in front of us. We ordered 2 Pommes and 2 Nuggets. The cashier took our money and left. We think she gets our food. She's not back yet. I had to put someone in the window. I asked for a refund because we have no time to wait. She came back and said we're not the only customers in the line. It is nice to let us know that they make food for everyone at SAME TIME, so the service is super slow. We came late to the rehearsal and got points off. We will never return to this BK!! As for other customers, this BK remains clear. There are other BKs that treat customers with respect!
We love Burger King! We recently heard that the Wylie location had improved, so we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, our experience was still disappointing, and the customer service was lacking. My burger was overcooked and so dry that I couldn't eat it. My husband's chicken sandwich tasted like it had been boiled, and the mozzarella sticks were completely empty—there wasn't any cheese inside. I suppose we'll be heading to a different location from now on.
Today is not the day, and I am not the one. She could either be the sorry owner, employee or manager, you can throw cou customer service skills etiquette right out the door at this location. First, she got mad because I didn’t tell her that I had a coupon when she first took my order (that’s because I didn’t notice I had a coupon until I opened my wallet! She said hastily “you should of told me u had coupon” she slams window begins shaking her head in disappointment, while talking to herself. Then, she gives me unsweet tea when I asked for sweet tea. I hand over back the tea and she became even more angry and said “we don’t have sweet tea” I’m asking why would you give me unsweet tea when I asked for sweet tea (it’s not like I have sugar readily available in my car or at home All she had to do was be courteous let me know they ran out of sweet tea. Heck, she could of offered sugar! There are a MILLION ways this situation could of went North. Yet instead, it goes South at this point, she says “ok, I refuse to serve you” Wow, been going to this location for several years (never seen her before . They lost a great customer. She knows who she is. This happened on 12/1/22 shortly after 11am, drive thru.
