Írjon visszajelzéstThis was my first visit to Saladworks. I had always thought their prices were too high, but I decided to treat myself this time. My salad cost $16.20, and everything else was an extra charge. The salad was a decent size, but my biggest concern was that for $16, it wasn't worth it; I could have gotten a better mix elsewhere. Aside from that, the salad and service were decent. However, for $16.20, I wasn't impressed, especially since they didn't even have arugula or crispy jalapeños.
The service was terrible when I ordered at the door. They don't even accommodate what customers want in their salad; they only include what they feel like. I'm usually not one to leave reviews or get upset when things go wrong, since it happens sometimes, but this has happened three times at this place. I won't be ordering from here again.
The staff at this restaurant are quite rude and seem to lack basic customer service skills. They also serve wilted salad, spring mix, and spinach, which is easy to overlook if you're not paying close attention. One of the servers placed an avocado on my plate that was rock hard, indicating that it wasn't ripe and shouldn't have been served at all. Additionally, another young woman added an old, spoiled avocado to my dish. The red peppers were overly soft, and the butter was unappetizingly hard, showing it wasn't fresh either. While there are some friendly employees, it seems they aren’t trained well in proper food handling. Someone really needs to teach them the do’s and don’ts of food service because nobody wants subpar salad.
The salates are good, but the people are rude! I tried to form that I didn't want to banan in my smoothie shell! the one man is so rude and said: “It is with bananas” with a stance. then when we pay the dame and she tried to change us! so rude, never come back.
This location is the worst the attitude of the young lady was horrible she gave me a frozen smelly bread with my salad I asked her for a different one she just walked away it's a shame when you feel like you get better service outside of your neighborhood I wish they would teach their staff better customer service
