Made a order through DoorDash and they gave my driver the wrong bag my driver was kind enough to go back and have them remake my order he returns with a bag thinking they made my order correctly this time only for it to be totally wrong they put onions on my steak and I’m allergic really could’ve been bad for me and of course DoorDash can’t do anything I’m just pissed I’m pregnant and just wanted a good cheesesteak I can’t even eat this

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to a staff member named Stephanie, an older woman wearing traditional Muslim attire. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and disrespectful to customers. I had been waiting for my food for a while, which I didn't mind as I am usually patient. However, after finally receiving my order, I called for my Uber to pick me up. That's when Stephanie approached me and said, "You've been here too long; you need to leave." I was taken aback by her abruptness and expressed my frustration before leaving. To whom it may concern, I urge you to address this issue. If someone is unable to treat customers with respect, they may not be suited for this role.
