Írjon visszajelzéstThank you for hiring new staff; since then, the Panera in Wynnewood has really improved. The food is consistently good quality, and online orders are now fulfilled properly, which wasn't always the case before. However, the coffee, except in the morning, is often either cold or empty. The morning staff are very friendly, but they tend to chat a lot with regular customers. Because of this, I usually prefer to order online, as it can take forever to place an order in person due to their conversations—especially when I'm in a rush to get to work.
Food was good as usual, service was good, but this place has been by far the most dirty Panera I?ve ever. Tables filled with crumbs and sticky, floors filled with food, and please do not get me on the toilet start. But as always, the food was delicious.
Unfortunately, I had another disappointing experience. My order was incorrect, so I had to place it again. I understand that the restaurant may not be at full capacity, but it would be beneficial to train the staff to listen better, be friendly, and engage with customers. On a positive note, the autumn squash soup remains delicious!
If you're a fan of Panera like I am, you might find yourself disappointed by this location. As someone new to the area, I was thrilled to be so close to a Panera. We typically order catering for our breakfast and lunch sessions at work, and I've always enjoyed their food service. Unfortunately, this restaurant has quickly managed to undermine my loyalty to the brand, both personally and for work. In just four months, every order I've picked up has been incorrect. We’ve had to call multiple times because ingredients were missing or the quality was subpar. They frequently run out of their signature pastries, whether we visit in the afternoon or at 7:00 AM, like we did this morning. Once again, there was nothing available from our favorite pastry selection, making this the fifth visit without success. While mistakes can happen, it seems this place is content (perhaps even complacent) with consistently offering poor quality and limited stock. It's been a very disappointing series of experiences in such a short time.
Terrible management. Plastic in the soup. When opening the bag, the corner of the bag fell in the soup, the person opening did not pull the food out of service. They just cooked it. So when I almost choked on it. Call the manager .... all I get is.. WE must do better. Did not honor return off of my order. I will never eat at Panera again, it is terrible what you do to clients. You should be ashamed.
