Biggby Coffee - Wyoming

We are incredibly grateful for Marie and Caroline. They stayed late to ensure we had fresh coffee, demonstrating that customer care is a top priority at this coffee shop. I hope everyone gets the chance to meet them; they are truly wonderful!

I absolutely love this coffee! It tastes incredible. It's never been as fresh as it is here; the coffee is ground just for me every day. I can't get enough of it. I highly recommend trying Biggby Coffee!

The coffee at Cotton Cody wasn't great, but that's on me for wanting to try something different.

I ordered a mint hot chocolate before work when I came to work, I realized that they had given me a coffee (not a fan). I came back after the work without reception and they have made it for me no question. they were also very friendly. even if the order was grounded, this attitude made the experience a success!

I will NOT return to this location ever again. The past 3 times in a month I have gotten the wrong order. They ask if I want them to remake it but I feel guilty making the HUGE line behind me wait. I did call one time I got home and ended up going 2 days later to get the correct order but that's a waste of my time. The line is soooo long and soooo slow every time. And if you didn't hear me then ask me to repeat myself. 2 of these 3 times they actually repeated the correct thing to me and still got it wrong. Nope. No thank you b/c I'm sure I've paid more money than what I'm supposed to several times and if I order an iced coffee what makes you think I don't want ice in it???? I also am usually a great tipper. Not today however. Over it.
