Flying J - Wythe County

During our journey from South Carolina to Ohio, we encountered a severe thunderstorm with tornadoes. With 4 children and 3 adults, we thought stopping at truck stops would be the safest option. However, upon entering, we were informed that they were evacuating customers and not allowing them shelter during the tornado. It seemed they were more concerned about theft during a power outage than the safety of their customers. We typically stop at Loves for a reason and will never visit another Flying J or Pilot again.

This was my first time experiencing a flat tire and needing help. Justin came to my rescue after hearing the panic in my voice during a phone call. He and another employee (Ug?) were incredible and I am so grateful for their assistance.
