Starbucks - Wytheville

I travel a lot for work and have been to several Starbucks all over the state of Virginia. I have been in the Starbucks in wytheville many many times. The baristas are always very friendly and helpful. I had asked for a manager to help resolve a very tiny issue. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful. The manager, Chris, was extremely rude to me. He was then very degrading to the ones working in the store. I was appalled by how he spoke to the staff.

Grace was as sweet and kind as she is beautiful. She's a great asset to Starbucks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
