Pizza Hut - Xenia

Traditional Cajun dry rub are my wings if choice this time they contained a lot of fat and we 're overall poor quality. I 'm taken back while waiting for my carryout order to see that after so long having the dining area and inside dining closed your attempt to make it open to the public is a self serve option. Signs are posted in poor taste informing patrons you have no ice to offer with drinks. Your buffet/salad area has become a station for paper plates and napkins, and you are literally taking customer service and satisfaction out of the equation. This is carryout service with no more than the option to sit down in the building rather than take it out. If you don 't have the staff or the means to cater to indoor dining ... why even do this at all? You have a nicely remodeled indoor facility and it is cluttered up with stacks of paper plates, napkins, plastic ware, and scattered red pepper and parm packets ... Your 'self service ' attempt screams that you do not intend to provide service for indoor dining or care to serve at all.

I visited the restaurant tonight and was handed a pre-printed menu. The person at the counter seemed like he hadn’t washed his hands in a month. There were no fountain drinks available, and we were informed that they aren't really a dine-in establishment. We left feeling unwelcome and went to Burger King, where the service was exceptional. I won't be returning.

Every time I try to place a delivery order, they hardly ever answer. When I call the store, it rings for a while and then I get disconnected. It's really frustrating, and I can't continue to support this. The service is unacceptable, and I'm disappointed.

I was very pleased with my experience! I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese, extra sauce, sausage, and pepperoni. Honestly, it was one of the best pizzas I've had in Xenia. I can't wait to try the buffet next time. Great job to the employees!

I ordered curbside pick up and my pizza came to my car hot, fresh and delicious. I had never used curbside with Pizza Hut before but Brian was out to my car with my pizza in less than a minute.
