It's Friday night and it’s boring, the PR manager has a proud attitude and can't control the atmosphere of the scene. DJ keep playing OLD songs… we only got one xmas song on xmas weekend

Lousy service. Neat whiskey is served on plastic cup, the bartender told me that I can changed to whisky glass if u want.

Great bar with outstanding customer service. Make sure to get the table outside. We had a blast here. The bar next door was very awesome too. Must check out both bars.

Fun Lounge Bar. If its packed its like a club. You can smoke inside, but the place has good smoke control- in my opinion there is little to no smoke smell. Good service. If you don’t have a booth you can still have fun, but most likely you need to stand. Delicious food. Good Vibes. Prepare to spend money hahaha. Drink responsibility.

Frank definitely has “lounge party vibe” written all over it. It’s chic, pricy and the decor is what you’d expect from this Taipei import. The bartenders know what they’re doing. The door staff are professional and stick to the rules no shorts on Friday and Saturday but you can buy a pair of comfy pants at the door if you’re in a bind. And the music’s good! Go. Have fun!
