Jack In The Box - Yakima

I really appreciate the whole team! I regularly visit Yakima and was on the road when I accidentally locked my keys in the car with my dog. I had to go back to the station. A man tried to help as much as he could, but had to leave for work. Feeling overwhelmed, I ran to Jack in the Box and ended up crying in their drive-thru. The staff were so understanding and came to my rescue. I can't praise the kind man who helped me enough!

I ordered ranch dressing, but the only thing I didn't receive was the sauce. It's frustrating because it's not that difficult to get right. I've worked in the food industry myself.

So, Jack in the Box is a great choice! I've never had any issues whenever I've visited. The burgers are delicious, the drinks are good, and their milkshakes are really tasty too, though they could be a bit cheaper. I definitely recommend it!

Low customer service. only one in the lobby was said: “We will help them soon” stood there for ten minutes until another worker came out of the break. no courtesy of anyone. I misunderstood my command.

I ordered the same order 4 times over a few weeks. It was the exact same order, only 4 items. 3 out of those 4 times, the order was incorrect, and I had to correct them at the window and wait for the rest of my meal. The fourth time, I got what I ordered, but the large milkshake I ordered was only half full.The food is fine, it seems clean and the staff are polite, but they never seem to get your order correct on the first try.
