Jack In The Box - Yakima

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time, but it was disappointing. My order cost $20 for the chicken flour with cheese, but I didn't receive the cheese. I also ordered two tacos, which I've heard so much about, but they were missing as well. I paid in cash, and honestly, I'm really frustrated. I plan to call tomorrow to talk to someone about this, because I want a refund. To anyone thinking of eating here, I wouldn't recommend it—especially since they didn't even get my order right. It's disheartening to see the food quality in the Yakima area decline like this. I would share photos, but the food is already in the fridge, as it is not what I ordered. I expected better, honestly, even from a fast-food place like McDonald's.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently terrible. I recently found myself sitting in my car, and the drive-thru screen appeared to be broken. After waiting for about five minutes, I could barely hear a weak voice coming through, making it impossible to understand what was being said. I decided to pull up to the window, only to be told that they couldn't assist me there and that I had to go back around. Honestly, I don't think I'll be returning.

We had a really disappointing experience with customer service tonight. The staff were rude while we were placing our order and rushed us even though there was no one in line. When we approached the window to pay, we waited at least two minutes before they helped us. Instead of assisting us, they had their backs turned, laughing and using inappropriate language that we could hear through the closed window. It was quite frustrating!

I could not go through the drive thru at 11:09 clock to 7/31/2022. although it clearly says they drive open 24 hours a day. that's not the first time.

Overall a typical Jack in the Box. Food quality was as expected, getting things right like extra pickles or no onions seems to be a little bit of a problem. They are not very big on handing people their receipts, so if it's a busy time or you are going through the drive thru, I would recommend making sure you get a receipt.
