Very surprised large service, eating and a nice fire for our meal, lots of parking, will go back to try the Sunday roast

The food and service were excellent and a really nice atmosphere with the log fire. definitiw recommend it for a Sunday roast for the family.

Beautiful atmosphere with open fires, small alcove etc. a beautiful old pub. good menu and delicious meals. the staff was smiling and efficient. very enjoyed our meal here I feel it would fit friends family or couples equally

So much better since it was taken over! I didn't blow my head, but it was very delicious. the child meal are as good as money. very good service, would recommend

Another great Sunday Roast here. Always great food, service, and ambience. Place of choice locally for a meal out. Roast Beef was perfect in every way, and always love it when you get a little jug of extra gravy without having to ask. As per usual staff attentive but not intrusive . Would recommend.
