This is among the oldest chicken delicacy here in Indonesia. Straight from the original recipe of madam Suharti which originally cooked using firewood. Once, there were many branches scattered across java island and now only few opens due to which rumour has it internal issue. Nevertheless, the taste and aroma has never been change since a long time ago, my grandpa confirms it! This place is birthplace of the Ayam Goreng Suharti. It is located right next to the owners place. Some said madam Suharti often walks among the table attending to the customers... Remind me of someone..

The place was very old, definitely needs rejuvenation.. but the fried chicken is still the best.. two thumbs up.. taste never change for many years..
