Luciano's Italian - Yonkers

The food was decent, they had a band that was very nice. The service was very slow, I think they're not used to being so busy, so there weren't enough waiting staff. With what is said, I would try again, because it was very pleasant everything in everything.

I wanted to catch up with some friends, so we chose a classic Italian restaurant that felt timeless. The portions were massive, and the menu had some real treats! We started with the Spiedini, which consisted of melted mozzarella sandwiched between bread, topped with a flavorful brown sauce, capers, and anchovies. You really couldn't taste the anchovies at all, and it was absolutely delicious! For my main, I opted for the linguine with white mussel sauce, but I requested it with angel hair pasta instead. My husband went with the Chicken Vesuvio, and he claimed it was the most tender chicken he had ever tasted.

The owners and waitstaff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Luciano and his team truly feel like family to us. My wife and I always look forward to our visits!
