Ordered food over the phone for pick up at 5:35 pm. The order taker said that the food is ready for pick up within 10 minutes. Arrived at 6 pm and did order wasn’t put in place. End up receiving my food at 6:15 pm. The order was a pizza Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
