If we could give them a zero, we would! we have reserved the day before our dinner. our reservation was around 17.30 clock. we ordered at 17.50. less than half of our food came at 19:15. more food came at 19:30 a.m., but not all. salate didn't get out. Therefore we canceled the rest. Those who received their food were ready before we left, we talked to the owner to give him constructive criticism and he acted like a child. some of our party had to go. So he continued to sit on our table just to defy us and say that he could sit somewhere because he is the owner. we asked him to leave our table and he refused. we understand fewer available workers cause problems, but if the owner sits around listening the band and not help his team leaving for a very negative experience. we will not eat there again. we are sorry for the server that had to apologize for bad service. they should find jobs with a supportive boss.
I wanted to hear friends music show. they intimate the music location. menu limited. but they think covid is the fault. in any case again for further tests. 1).
Not sure where to start. came here for the high school band on Saturday. but would not be definitiv again for everything else. the food was terrible, tacos w unkoks tortillas? do you sweat? the place is underused for these events that are close to not existent. what really disgusted me was the lack of cleanliness. how they were not addressed by the graphic or city is beyond me. saw in a table and when we saw the top type of dusty, a quick wipe led to a ridiculous filthy serviette, we moved and had the same result....believably they don't believe me, throw a look at the picture. in any case do not recommend this place, stay away
This place sucks!!! We were over at Yorba Linda Town Center having a great time, when we heard live music being played over at Main Street Restaurant. We thought, what the heck, let's give this place a shot. I should have known right away to get the hell out of this place. I order a Goose Island IPA and a Mango cart. The bartender was concerned about the quality of the beer, so she gave us a sample, and had one herself. In the middle of pouring the IPA, she got distracted and stopped pouring the Goose and started on the Mango. When she resumed pouring the IPA she switched to Elysian. When I confronted her about mixing the beers, the owner stepped in and said Elysian is a better beer! When I told him she mixed the two, he just maintained that Elysian was better. We just laughed it off and I drank my beer mixture. The band was fantastic and we had a great time until we got the bill. There was a 10 dollar cover charge for the band. Now, I'm not against paying cover charges, but nowhere was it advertised that there was a cover charge. In fact, there was an employee that came around with a giant champagne glass, looking for tips for the band, that we threw 10 into. There were around 10 people watching the band. The place was dead. That should have been the second clue to get the hell out. So back to the bill. I hit up the owner about the 10 cover charge, explaining that it is not advertised anywhere that there is a cover charge. His response, Well, you watched the band, didn't you. I told him we put 10 in the ridiculously large champagne glass for the band, his response, Well, you watched the band. I was getting pretty agitated and my wife just wanted to leave, so we did. Unfortunately, we will never, ever go back.
