Primo Pizza Express - York

The Italian steak sandwich and Italian sub were excellent. However, the fries were a bit soft and not very impressive. The personal pizza was just right!

I heard about this restaurant from one of my customers and decided to stop by for a pick-up order on my way home from work. I'm so glad I did—it was fantastic! I ordered an Italian boli with mustard, along with some appetizers, and everything was delicious. I’ll definitely be returning. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you should go as soon as possible!

Our experience at the restaurant exceeded all expectations, thanks to both the incredible food and the outstanding staff. We arrived just 30 minutes before closing and placed a sizable order. The team was exceptionally friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. As we were leaving, I accidentally dropped our leftover slices in the parking lot, and my fiancé and I lamented how good that pizza was. A moment later, a staff member brought us a replacement personal pizza, fresh from the oven. Tom said, "You need lunch for tomorrow," and even though I felt guilty since it was entirely my fault, it led to a wonderful conversation with Tom’s mother in the parking lot. She expressed her pride, saying, “He was raised right.” The hospitality we received made us feel like family, especially on our very first visit. We are incredibly grateful for the entire experience and can’t wait to come back and support this fantastic place again. Thank you for everything!

I searched for pizza when I was working in New york, quite some time ago and found Primo's. I very much like the taste and texture of the pizza, so every time I'm in York I visit here. The sauce is emphasized via their swirl, which is prevalent in certain pizza restaurants in Northeast PA. Whatever they bake their pies on leads to a diamond shaped bottom that leads to a good consistency and texture. Obviously, this is my taste, but I would suggest at least trying them if you're in the area.

Moved to York and looked for over a year to find an authentic pizza. Primo Pizza is great and their wings rock too. Clean, friendly neighborhood vibe. GO!
